TIPP’S GOT TALENT hosted by Tipperary Excel Arts Centre in conjunction with our media partner Tipperary Mid West Radio is providing great buzz, energy and excitement around Tipperary Town over the summer weeks.

The second Semi Final took place at the Simon Ryan Theatre, Tipperary Excel on Sunday evening 6th July 2014, bringing with it a great level of community spirit and support for the Acts performing on the night. Well done to the seven successful Acts who have made it through to the Grand Finale on Sunday July 13th 2014. Well done also to the Acts who did not make it through. It was a tough job for the Judging Panel of Pat Marnane, Maureen Walsh and Michael O’Donohoe as the talent was wonderful - so thanks to them for making the hard decisions.

Congratulations to Hannah-Kate Heffernan & Ciarán Crowe, Lena Hally, Hollie Tobin, Rachel Coleman, Shauna Frewen, Niamh Horan and Seeing Red who progressed from tonight's second semi-final. They will be joined by last week's successful acts, Leona Ryan, The Badgers, Kayley Glasheen, The Thomas Peters Project, Mikaela Coffey and Aoife O'Dwyer.

Thanks must also go to our guests of honours, namely the Pride of Tipperary 2014 contestants and Donna Breen 2013 Pride, who were formally introduced on stage. We are delighted to report that Glamor will be revisiting the Tipperary Excel Arts Centre for the Grand Finale of TIPP’S GOT TALENT as the Pride of Tipperary 2014, who will be crowned on Saturday night, 12th July will be performing her first official engagement on Sunday evening when she makes the presentation to the overall winner of TIPP’S GOT TALENT.

Thanks also goes to Jim Keane from Tipperary Mid West Radio for MC'ing the Semi Final, Fran Garry and Claire Murray for Stage Management, Tipperary Excel Volunteers and last but not least members of our Tipperary Excel Staff and Board While the Acts have to practice their variety of talents the Audience needs no experience or talent to come along to support their family or friends, work colleagues Act and witness the crowning the inaugural Tipp's Got Talent winner.
