Banba Square, outside the Arts Centre, is the venue for the free screening of the cult classic ‘Pulp Fiction’ this Saturday night, the 7th of June!
Outrageous, time-twisting, and in love with language, ‘Pulp Fiction’ was widely considered the most influential American movie of the 1990’s. The Oscar-winning script intertwines stories, featuring Samuel L. Jackson, and John Travolta in the role that reignited his career, as hit men who have philosophical interchanges on various topics, including the French names for American fast food products. Listen out for the iconic soundtrack which inspired one of the most famous cinema dance sequences of all time.
The screening begins at approximately 10 p.m. this Saturday, when dusk has settled. Patrons are advised this screening is suitable for adults only. Refreshments – tea/coffee/soft drinks/snacks will be available for sale. Patrons are also reminded that summer nights in Ireland remain cold (and sometimes wet) and they should bring along suitable clothing. Seating will be available – bring cushions as required.
