The Annual Nenagh.ie 10K run will take place this Sunday 12th October with a start time of 10.30am Sharp.
There are just some points to note for the morning.
1. There will be limited amount of parking in the GAA grounds.
2. Registratiion on the morning will be from 8.45am until 9.45am sharp. Any one that registers after this time will not recieve a Timing Chip.
3. There will be Tea & Coffee availble from the complex at €1.50 each.
4. There will a warm up from 10am sharp.
5. We ask that all entrants gather on the outside pitch near the old dressing rooms for 10.15am/10.20am to ensure that the race is started on time at 10.30am.
6. All Participants will recieve refreshments and a medal on completion.
7. There will be toilets open in the Complex, Old Dressing Rooms and in the new pitch.
8. Please adhere to the Marshals Directions at all times.
