On Sunday the 27th October Aidan Dillon led a group through the Three Peaks of Slieve Felim, in Rearcross. This was a reasonably tough walk but we were lucky as the rain held off for the duration of the walk.
This coming weekend Members will be attending the Upperchurch Walking Festival which runs from Friday 8th to Sunday10th November. This is an Annual event which caters for walkers of all levels & abilities & also has social events on Friday & Saturday night. Full details and Brochure on www.upperchurch.ie
The Club’s AGM shall take place on Thursday 7th November in the HiB, Nenagh at 8.00 pm. Members are encouraged to come along as it is important that the programme for the coming year will reflect Member’s interests.
Our Tuesday evening’s brisk walk around for 90 mins around the town by-pass is proving to be very popular. If you are interested in joining this group we meet at Tesco’s Car Park Nenagh at 7.30 pm. Contact Paddy 086-8562444.
