Members, with the longer and brighter evenings quickly approaching and Easter to look forward to, please note the following walks taking place over the next few weeks.
From March 31st sees the club resuming our Tuesday evening hills walks until the 1st September. Contact for these walks are Paddy Seymour 086 8562444 and Mary Seymour 087 9735164.
John Kennedy will lead our walk on Sunday 29th March with a B walk doing the Black Rock Loop down at the Ballyhoura Mountains, contact 087 2744685. Note earlier start time for this walk from Nenagh at 10am.
Good Friday sees Paddy Seymour leading an A walk (5 hours approx) taking in the Arra Mountains, meet at Gleeson's shop Portroe at 10am.
Our Tuesday evening hill walks are as follows March 31st doing Tountinna (1.5 hours approx) departing just above Gleesons Spar shop Portroe Cross. You will need to bring a torch and hi vis jacket for this walk.
April 7th, meeting at meat factory Borrisokane Road to do the river walk. Details of our Programme can be viewed on our website nenaghwalk.ie. Non-members are welcome to join us for two walks before joining the club. Don't forget to visit our facebook page.
