The club's next Sunday walk takes place on 20th November which will see the club travel to the Slieve Blooms led by local leader Eddie. Contact Pat 085 1741411 for details.
Other upcoming Sunday walks to look forward to are Coum Woods and also the Clubs Christmas get together will will take place on 4th December.
The club hosts a variety of walks throughout the year to suit all level of fitness from the beginner to the experienced walker. Watch out for some Sunday 'C' walks which will be posted on the webpage and facebook page. Contact Nessan at 086 8371181 and he can add you to his text list for 'C' walks. Non-members are welcome to do 3 walks before joining the club.
Members will continue to walk the by-pass for the dark evenings of the Winter months on Tuesday nights. Meet at Tesco Car Park at 7.30. Don't forget a torch. Contact Martin 087 2562454 for information.
Membership is €45 which includes membership of Mountaineering Ireland.
Our AGM will take place on 10th November 8pm in the Hi B. Membership can be paid on the night at a reduced fee of €40 plus the club will also be launching their new logo badge which will be given out free when membership is renewed. After the AGM, the normal fee of €45 will apply.
