On Sunday 21st July Members embarked on a hike through the Blackwater Valley on the west side of the Galtee Mountains. Conditions were tough as it was one of the warmest days of the year, however participants were rewarded by the spectacular views from the Galtees.
Our next Sunday outing will be on Sunday 4th August when we travel to Kilcommon for a 2.5-3.00 hour hike along the Pilgrimage Loop route. This hike will be led by Willie Kennedy (085) 7774251.

Tuesday 30th July Moylussa (outside Killaloe) - Meet at Spar Shop Portroe at 7.00 pm.
Tuesday 6th Aug Tountinna – Meet at Spar Shop Portroe at 7.15 pm
Tuesday 13th Aug: Silvermines – Meet at Costelloe’s Shop at 7.10 pm
