Senior XV Update
Our Senior Squad took on Bruff last Friday night at home in a friendly. This was a good test for the lads as Bruff played in Division 2A last year. Nenagh won well and the game gave the coaches an opportunity to see some of our younger players as well as our new players in action and to try out different combinations for the coming season. Nenagh’s first competitive match is away to Old Crescent on Friday week in the Charity Cup and they continue their preparations with another friendly against Garryowen this Thursday night. See our website & Facebook for details.

A Visitor to Nenagh Ormond
Finian Qerich from Heidelburg in Germany was on holidays with his family in the Nenagh area recently, and availed of the opportunity to attend the Munster Rugby Summer camp in Nenagh Ormond R.F.C.. Heidelberg is one of the main centres of Rugby in Germany and Finian plays for the local club H.R.K., who are the current German champions. Finian’s father, Bernd is also a coach with H.R.K. Finian made many new friends in Nenagh Ormond and we hope to see him and his family back in Nenagh soon.
