Season 2013/14 is in full swing with returning members back in the pool for the past week. It is great to see the enthusiasm coming forward from last season with up to 13 of our members travelling into UL last Wednesday morning for early morning training. No doubt inspired in part by former member Shane Cody, who having secured a sports scholarship with UL – spoke to members on registration night on the benefit of swimming in his life. Shane continues to train with the high performance team in UL. Shane is pictured with coach Mark Dempsey.
Registration for new members: The closing date for submission of applications for new members is Monday 16th September and no later. Further information and application forms are available from our club website www.nenaghswimclub.com The form may be downloaded and submitted on-line. Applications submitted after closing date will not be considered..
