Nenagh Kickboxing Club Notes 03/01/2014

On November 16th 2013, students from Nenagh Kickboxing Club travelled to the Bridge House Hotel, Tullamore, Co. Offaly,  to compete in "Fight of the Phoenix 2".

Both fighters fought brilliantly on the day. The show was a big success with a huge crowd of extremely vocal  and sporting fight fans that gave every fighter that entered the ring, whether they were home or away, a big welcome.

All the fights were very well matched which made for a very entertaining night and no expense was spared with every fighter taking home a beautiful trophy.

Bo-Ju-Kai kickboxing club has been in Nenagh Communitity for many a year now. This year Nenagh Kickboxing club will be joining, WKA IRELAND ( World Karate and Kickboxing Association).

We hold Annual Grading Exams twice a year and we teach light and full contact in class. We organize our own light contact club championships once a year.

Kickboxing for kids is tough in a fun and playful way. We will teach you all the basic techniques of kickboxing:- footwork, punching, kicking, and pad work, also Circuit Training (Abs ,Core, Cardio, Toning)

New students are always welcome at Nenagh Kickboxing Club.
