Nenagh Éire Óg Notes 21 April 2023

Co Senior Hurling League

We will play Drom and Inch in Round 3 of the Co SHL on Sunday next at 1pm in MacDonagh Park.

Lotto Donation

As part of the Nenagh Éire Óg Community Friendly Lotto, we recently donated €500 to locals Mary Sheils and Ciara Kennedy who will be travelling as volunteers to the Special Olympics World games which take place in Berlin in June.

Since our Community Friendly lotto started in June 2020 we have now donated over €6,000 to local charities.

This week's lotto jackpot was €6,400. A reminder that you can play the lotto each week at the following businesses in the town where our new lotto boxes are located - The Hi-B, JKC, Centra, The 44 Bar, Cleary’s Daybreak & Andy’s. The lotto can also be played online through the link on the club website and social media sites or contact any Committee member to sign up. Thank you for your continued support of our lotto.

All membership for 2023 should have been paid by the end of March. If you have not already done so please pay this membership ASAP. For insurance purposes all players must have their membership paid.

Please note that those who availed of our membership offers last year, your payment/membership details will now be updated on Foireann. Any queries on membership please contact Enda Long at 087 221 3954.

Éire Ógres are back on Saturday April 22nd, please spread the word in schools, after school, creches, to neighbours, friends and family. Looking to get our biggest number of Little Ógres Stars enrolled & having loads of fun over the 4 weeks.

Easter Camp

We had a marvelous Easter camp last week with our biggest number of children attending an Éire Óg camp yet. Thanks to Niall, Pat, Catherine, Páuric and all the coaches for their efforts in running one of our best camps yet.
