Senior: Well done to the Éire Óg senior team which earned a one-point win over a very impressive Kilruane MacDonagh’s team in the Clean Ireland Recycling County Senior Hurling Challenge Cup on Sunday in Nenagh. A brief report from the 0-21 to 1-17 win is available on the club website.
Junior A: The junior A hurlers got their north Tipperary league campaign off to winning start in Moneygall on Saturday afternoon when beating the home side 2-12 to 1-7 in poor weather conditions. A brief report on this game is available on the club website.
Congratulations: Well done to Michael Heffernan and Paddy Murphy who featured in Tipperary’s vital Allianz National Hurling League win over Dublin at Semple Stadium, Thurles on Sunday afternoon.
Membership: Membership for 2014 is now due and can be paid to any club officer or online. The cost of membership is priced at €25.
