Nenagh Éire Óg Camogie - Club Notes 26/05/2014

Under 13: The Under 13's are playing Kilruane MacDonaghs in Clouhgjordan on Tuesday at 7pm.

Community Games: The Community Games team face Burgess in the county semi final on Thursday at 7pm in Kilcoleman. Best of luck girls.

Under 14: Hard luck to our Under 14s who were beaten by Newport in the county final last week. The girls fought bravely to the bitter end and were in fierce hard luck not to come home with the silverware. Check out website for a match report.

Tipperary: Hard luck to the Tipperary intermediates who were defeated by Cork in the Munster final on Saturday last. Alanna Morris lined out at corner back while at the other end of the field Ciara McGrath played corner forward.

St Mary's: Congratulations to St Mary's Nenagh who defeated Hazelwood College on a scoreline of 4-10 to 1-12 in the Munster Junior A Plate Final last week. The schools are an integral part of the promotion of Gaelic games in our parish and we wish to thank the teachers for so generously giving up their free time to coach camogie. We were fortunate to have a large representation from the club on the panel. Well done ladies.
