Nenagh Éire Óg Camogie - Club Notes 10/06/2014

Under Ten: The Under Ten team had a busy week where they travelled down to Annacarthy to take on Eire Og in a challenge game. They played Portroe on Monday and on Wednesday they made the short trip to Dolla to take on Silvermines. Thanks to all three clubs for their hospitality and the games. This team are also due to play a blitz in Kildangan on Saturday 21st.

Féile na nGael: The Feile na nGael is fixed for the weekend of the 22nd of June in Kilkenny and it is an event we are really looking forward to after having a wonderful time in Kileedy Limerick last year. Preparation continues for this team and management will be in touch with the players with details of training.

Cumann na mBunscol: Best wishes to St Mary's GNS who are contesting the county finals in both Under Eleven and Under Thirteen. The Under Elevens play their final against Boherlahan on Tuesday 17th June at 4pm while the Under Thirteens face the same opposition at 16:40pm on June 18th. Both games will take place in Semple Stadium. Thanks again to all the teachers and the coaches in the school who so generously volunteer their free time to promote and coach camogie. Their hard work has been an enormous factor in the growth of camogie in our town in recent years.

Bag Packing: We will be bag packing in Dunnes Stores on Friday 18th July. This is a vital fundraiser for the club and if you are available for an hour please contact Denise Morris.
