A Late round up of Round 8 of the Singles League, held in Tess Burkes of Borrisokane last Friday the 12th
Once again there was a fantastic turnout and had 26 players. There was a great standard of darts all night, with some high scoring and quick finishing. The final was contested between John Fitz of Puckane and Johnny McMahon of Nenagh , the two gave a great performance taking it to the decider. The Result was 4-3 in favour of Johnny McMahon.
The High Check was a finish of 94 taken by Martin Howard of Ballina. We would like to thank everyone down in Tess Burkes for their hospitality and a great night.
Heading in to the last few weeks of the league it seems that every point will count, so hope to see ye all this Friday 19th when we come back to town and head to The Kenyon for Round 9.
The league table is a little different this week as we head nearer to the end of the league, the Top 8 and Top 16 are highlighted to show the places which qualify for the Finals night.
