Men of Tipperary Fire and Rescue wear high heels for Rape Crisis Midwest
These fantastic men have come on board to assist Rape Crisis Midwest in raising awareness around the topic of sexual violence. They braved the dreaded high heels to help publicise the annual event 'Walk in Her Shoes' and to encourage others to do the same. For the event, there will be many other men who too wish to help out by putting on a pair of high heels and walking an honorary mile.
The event will be a fun day for all the family with a bake sale, face-painting and more. There are also two competitions in connection with the event - 'most creative shoe' and a photography competition. The theme for the photography competition is the colour red and the winner will receive a fabulous prize of a family portrait with Eva Birdthistle Photography.
