Covid-19 2020 - Stay At Home

Each one of us has an important part to play in order to keep everyone safe. Therefore, we need to stay at home to help and to reduce the spread of coronavirus.

If you must leave your home, then you should only do so according to the list below:

1. To shop for essential food and household goods 
2. To attend medical appointments, to collect medicine or other health products
3. To care for children, older people or other vulnerable people
4. To exercise outdoors - within 2 kilometres of your home and only with people from your own household (still keep 2 metres between you and other people)
5. To travel to work if you provide an essential service (still practice social distancing)
