Tipperary Sports Partnership in association with Healthy Ireland are facilitating a 12 week Aquafit Programme for Older Adults in Nenagh Leisure Centre. Aqua Fit is A Water-Based Exercise Programme that caters for all Levels and Abilities and combines fun and exercise. Cost is €40 plus booking fee.
