A Sportsman’s Dream hosted a fantastic evening on Wednesday 14th May when Irish Olympian, European Gold medallist and Masterchef CHAMP, David Gillick called to see them.
They commenced the evening with a great 5k run in the grounds of the Nenagh CBS along with Nenagh’s Meet & Train Group and then everyone headed back to A Sportsman’s Dream where David cooked up his trademark Healthy Pancakes and gave a very informative talk on nutrition.
There was a great turnout for this free event and well done to A Sportsman’s Dream for organising it, it was great to have a guy like David share his expertise and advice.
