NTDC are recruiting an administrator for the Ukrainian Refugee Project. This role is to support the implementation of of NTDC Ukrainian Refugee Project by working as part of a small project team that includes Refugee Project Workers and Community Car Driver/s. The Project Administrator will provide administration support to the Ukrainian Project Ream. This includes providing administration support to the workers who work directly with the Ukrainian individuals and families and providing support to the driver/s and coordinating the administration of the community car service. Duties: Providing administration support to the project and workers. Being responsible for all phone, email and verbal enquiries from users of the community car service and the drivers. Coordinating and scheduling all community car bookings from users of the service, pick up and destination points. Providing information on the Community Car Scheme on any specific requirements of clients of the service and assisting them on related matters. Collating and maintaining appropriate records and programme data. Where issues or errors arise addressing, recording an reporting to ensure a smooth running of the service. Demonstrating respect, patience and clear communication. Understanding and maintaining confidentiality in respect of clients. Assisting in the promotion of the project. Working with the line manager to ensure that the project and service are being run efficiently. Liaise with key staff within project partners organisations to support the implementation of the project and service. Essential Requirements: Fluent or good conversational skills in Ukrainian or English. Microsoft Office 365. Attention to detail and good organisational skills. Excellent communication skills. Minimum 1 year experience as project administrator or working in an administration role. Desirable: Qualification at QQI Level 6 or higher in business administration or similar. Fluent or good conversational skills in Russian. Previous experience in public transport and/or taxi services. Terms of Employment. One full-time 37 hours per week position. This is a specific purpose contract until 3st December 2023 and is subject to continued provision of the service and funding availability.
Salary: Salary: €24,297 - €28,950
