Job Description:
Rowan Fitzgerald Auctioneers are a growing Auctioneers and Estate Agency in Limerick City and require a PROPERTY MANAGER
The candidate should
Hold a PSRA licence (A,B,C), or working towards a qualification to achieve same
Have at least one years experience in the sector/or studying for a qualification in the industry
Hold a driving licence
Self motivated
Excellent communication skills
Be fully computer literate
The position will involve managing a property portfolio in the Limerick area, arranging the letting of properties, overseeing the occupying and vacating of property along with everyday property management queries and administration, with an aim to moving into the sales portfolio in the future.
