Job Description:
The successful candidate will have the following duties:
- Responsible for preparation and submission of tenders
- Review estimates
- Calculate quotations
- Evaluate quality requirements
- Estimate competitively with the clients requirements receiving the foremost consideration
- Utilise technical company resources
- Proficiency with Excel a must
- Will liaise closely with the Contracts Manage rand MD
- Will be directly responsible to the MD
- Financial management of contracts
- Valuation preparation and analysis
- Quantify variations and submit
- Submission of interim accounts and internal financial reports
- Outgoing and work well in a team environment
- Right first time attitude
