Responsibilities include:
- Ensure all aspects of human resource management comply with Legislative and Regulatory Standards
- Manage the performance management cycle and lead 2014 Remuneration Planning
- Deliver HR KPIs per Quality Management Objectives and address key drivers affecting performance
- Develop a positive working and labour relations culture
- Ensure effective training and development of personnel and improvement of core competences.
