Hayes hotel thurles are advertising the following vacancy
HR & Accounts Administrator - Part Time 2/3 days a week rate of pay : Do CV & cover letters to accounts@hayeshotel.ie closing date: Monday 21st December 2020
Responsibility for the co-ordinating recruitment process.
Advertising vacancies - liaison with key agencies
Interviewing candidates
Issuing Terms & Conditions/ offer letters
Maintaining key HR metrics - holiday/sick leave
Administration of all Human Resources
Implement the company’s policy for. Disciplinary and grievance procedures
Provide support to managers to enable the. Effective application of the recruitment, performance management , and talent management process
Contribute to and lead , the development of HR projects,
Programmes and process improvement
Deal with supplier accounts - reconciliation , payments , and supplier queries
Reconciliation of Cash tills
Requirements:
2-3 years experience in HK / Accounts Background
HR / Accounts qualifications desirable
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
