Job Description:

GrayWolf Sensing Solutions Ltd. Is a leading manufacturer of indoor air quality monitoring equipment is seeking a FULL TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR for our County Clare office.  We are looking for a person who will be responsible for helping to manage a busy office environment, co-ordinating a wide range of internal activities and supporting the manufacturing team.

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping/accounts administration
• Purchase order / invoice / payment entry
• VAT returns
• Maintaining filing systems
• Management of incoming post


Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of QuickBooks an advantage
• Highly motivated
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Motivated, self-starter with enthusiasm and pro-active approach
