Job Description:

Home Instead Senior Care require an experienced person to join our growing team in Thurles. Home Instead Senior Care is Tipperary’s leading home care company, providing home care services to private clients across the Premier County, as well as care through the HSE Home Care Package scheme. We are looking for someone who will play a vital role in supporting Home Instead Caregivers which in turn will improve the lives of older people in our community.

Responsibilities:
Managing CAREGiver rosters
Recruit CAREGivers to Home Instead’s Team
Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular contact with client, client’s family and affiliated heath professionals
Ensure high CAREGiver job satisfaction
Manage and run CAREGiver training sessions
Generate new clients
Assist with HR functions and payroll

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, recruitment skills, empathy, team player
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Commitment to improving the lifes of older people in Tipperary
Ability to manage, train and counsel CAREGivers
Ability to handle multiple priorities;
Proactive in anticipating issues or suggesting new developments;
Problem solving skills;
