Tipperary County Council is developing a new Strategic Arts Plan 2017-2021.
The plan will be framed within the context of national arts policy as set out in the 2003 Arts Act Sections 6 (1) and 6 (2) www.oireachtas.ie and the Arts Council’s Strategy ‘Making Great Art Work’ 2016-2025 www.artscouncil.ie
The contribution of Artists (in all art forms), Arts practitioners, Arts Venues, Festivals & Organisations and interested parties is being sought in order to fully inform the preparation of the Arts Strategy.
Arts Questionnaire
Interested parties and members of the public are now invited to have their say by completing a short arts questionnaire which you can access by visiting http://www.tipperarycoco.ie/arts/tipperary-arts-strategy-2017-2021 . Closing date for completion of questionnaire is Wednesday 20th April 2016.
Consultation Meetings
Meetings will be held in the following venues to have a discussion on the development of the Arts Strategy and to determine areas that should be prioritised by Tipperary County Council in the period 2017-2021.

26th May 2016 – 11.30am-1pm –The Source Arts Centre, Thurles
