The Ring of Lough Derg BBQ Festival
The annual Ring of Lough Derg BBQ kicks off on Thursday 24th at the new Ring of Lough Derg Tourist Office with a BBQ and music. The Washerwoman in Ballina host their annual Free BBQ on Friday 25th August and this is followed on Saturday by the much anticipated ’Ring of Lough Derg ‘ BBQ Competition & Food Fair hosted by Flanagans, Ballina.
On the day teams will battle it out for the coverted prize of the ‘An Fulacht Fia Cup’. On the day local artisan food producers come to showcase their products at our food festival. A great family fun day out. The BoatHouse Restaurant in Annacarriga Killaloe and Wood and Sons, Killaloe both host BBQ events on Sunday 27th August to top off a wonderful culinary BBQ weekend.
