Tipperary Races will host its annual showcase Super Sunday BBQ and family day on Sunday 5th October. This fixture includes the best flat and jump races of the year and with a fantastic BBQ package on offer, this is a day on the racing calendar not to be missed. There will be a family fun element to the day also with plenty of free children’s activities and all children go racing for free. First race commences at 2pm and the gates will open two hours beforehand.
This BBQ package is proving very popular amongst social clubs and companies in the area who are reserving tables and embracing this occasion as a team or staff social outing. The BBQ package includes admission ticket, racecard and BBQ meal for just €25 per person. The hospitality area will be overlooking the track which is the idyllic setting for individuals experiencing racing for the first time. There is live music also to ensure that this fun filled atmosphere continues after racing for all race goers. Transport can also be coordinated for larger groups so they can travel to and from the racecourse together.
The event highlights on the day will include all the action from the Prix de l’Arc the Triomphe, which is one of Europe’s most prestigious flat horse race, plenty of fashion, food, music, fun and children’s activities including Front Runner Racing Club for kids which will include a bouncy castle, a rodeo bull and much more.
