Anyone interested in doing a free training spin ahead of the Shannon Suir Cycle on Saturday 13th September?
This Saturday, August 23rd at 10am from Woodies car park in Nenagh, there will be a pre-Shannon Suir Cycle training spin. It will give you the opportunity to practice cycling in a group, with help and support from experienced cyclists. The cycle will be to Birdhill and back which is approximately 40km.
