Moneygall will host its annual American Festival commencing on July 4th for three packed days of entertainment and events. The theme for the American Festival in 2014 will be American Barn Dance in The Big Red Barn.
Friday 4th July
The events will open in the Barn with “The Garth Brooks Experience” where the best dressed cowboy & cowgirl will be rewarded.
Saturday 5th July
Will begin with Arts & Crafts for the children followed by a “Wild West” themed family fun day. There will be buskers invited on to the streets that afternoon before returning to the Big Red Barn to be entertained by Irish Rock band “Bagatelle”.
Sunday 6th July
Will commence with a community walk along the new Rock of Loyer Loop before returning to the village for the Street Parade and Street Music by various live bands. The events will then close on the 2014 festival back in The Big Red Barn where you can dance the night away with Irish Show band “La Bamba”.
