Lough Derg Cycle in Aid Of St. Dympna’s A.D.S.

​On Sunday May 4th there will be charity cycles to raise funds to purchase a hydrotherapy unit for St. Dympna’s ADS in Portumna.

There are 3 distances to choose from.

• 30Km Trip through Tipp - suitable for beginners.
• 60Km 3 Province Cycle - suitable for those with some cycling experience
• 120Km Lough Derg Loop - suitable for the more experienced cyclist.
