Learn some Sean nÓs steps in Dun Mhuire, 50 Pearse Street, Nenagh on Friday 19th September from 7.00pm to 8.00pm. Sean-nós dance is characterised by its “low to the ground” footwork, improvised steps, free movement of the arms, and an emphasis upon the dancers own interpretation of the music.
