The Derg Inn, Terryglass will host a celebration of Tipperary beef and lamb on Saturday 6th September from 2.00pm. There will be a master butcher talk and demo on Irish beef and lamb followed by a festive lunch of Tipperary pastures Irish Hereford Prime Beef and Brookfield Farm Lamb from the chargrill accompanied by local produce and craft beer.
