Nenagh Kickboxing Club Completes Annual Grading

Nenagh kickboxing grades twice a year. The grading consisted of a warm up routine such as push ups or sit ups, followed by their abilitly of different skills, the techniques that are focused on during the grading are punching, kicking, patterns (katas) as well as kicking and blocking and light sparring.

Kickboxing 'The Ultimate in Self Defence'. Kickboxing is a unique sport which appeals to Men, Women, Boys & Girls from 6+ The sport is a mixed martial art of Karate and Boxing. Benefits, kickboxing helps you to achieve fitness, strength, flexability, confidence, and weightloss. Bo-Ju-Kai kickboxing club has been in Nenagh for over 20 years and was started in Nenagh by John Ryan, who has many years of experience in martial arts. It is a mix of martial arts, boxing and Karate, which appeals to men, women, boys and girls, and is a modern style of kickboxing.

 

Bo-Ju-Kai kickboxing club are recognised club with the Irish Kickboxing Federation (IKF). "We hold Annual Grading Exams twice a year & we travel all around Ireland to tournaments. We teach light and full contact in class and all our instructors are highly trained and garda vetted. We organise our own light contact club championships once a year which everybody looks forward to student and teachers alike, great day out for all the family".
