Nenagh Éire Óg Camogie - Club Notes 31/08/2015

Junior A: Our junior team face Toomevara on Saturday, 5th September in the third round of the championship at 5pm in Nenagh. All support welcome.

Minor A: Our minor team started the championship in bright fashion on Saturday last defeating Newport / Ballinahinch 3-15 to 1-9. Well done to all involved. We face Cahir in Nenagh on Saturday 12th at 12 noon.

Under 12: We have a great win over Cashel in round two of the Autumn league. We now face Boherlahan Dualla in round three on Wednesday 2nd September at 7pm.

College: Best of luck to all our members, players and supporters who are due to start college in the coming weeks.

Sympathies: The club wishes to extend our sympathies to the family of Margaret Cleary, Pearse Street and Oisin Hynes, Ballycommon who passed away recently. Margaret’s husband JK was a huge supporter of the club while her son Michael was one of the greatest players ever produced by the town. Oisin is a grandson of legendary clubman Michael while his father Eddie is a regular on the sidelines offering first aid to our players when required. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a n-anameacha.
