Congratulations to Grace O Brien who had the honour of being the first Nenagh Eire Og Camogie player to win the Ashbourne cup with her college team University of Limerick who defeated U C C in the final. Aishlin O Brien , Sarah Quigley and Mairéad Sheridan also competed with their respective colleges .
Congratulations to Maeve Coffey, Ruth Hassett, Hazel McAuliffe, Emer Ryan, Niamh Sheridan and Caroline Browne who were part of the successful Tipperary minor camogie team who defeated Offaly 1.18 to 1-08 in the first round of the Minor camogie All Ireland championship in Birr

Week 3 of the Nenagh Ogres which is being run in conjunction with Nenagh Eire Og and it has been a huge success with over 50 young girls turning up for the fun filled Saturday mornings and tea and coffee for the Mams and Dads . A huge thank you to Niall Cahilane Catherine McTiernan and the ladies from the Senior Camogie team who have given up their time willingly to make the event the huge success that it is.
The Senior camogie team make history when they play their first ever Senior game on Sunday at 12 o clock in MacDonagh park when they take on Annacarthy . Best of luck to Paul Henry , Bertie Sherlock , Greig Browne , Shane Connolly , Liz Duggan and Séamie Morris and their young team as they look forward to a historic year for the club. The team could do with a huge support on the day .
