You will be responsible for delivering our shared vision for the future of retail forecourts through the highest standards of customer service and quality products.
As a supervisor you will be supporting the manager with various administration tasks to ensure the highest performance of the store. You will Assist the site manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets. You will help to motivate the team by challenging the staff to meet achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills and you will also be required to ensure that the store is operating in line with company standards, policies and procedures.
