The Visit Nenagh Classic is taking place this weekend in Nenagh. It kicks off on Saturday with the Visit Nenagh Team Time Trial from the Five Alley to Birdhill and back, the first team will leave the Five Alley at 2.00pm.
On to Sunday and first up is the family fun cycle starting at 11.00am on Pearse Street. Registration takes place at Cecil Walk Car Park at 10.30am and the cycle will cover 7km and last for approx. 45 mins. Participants can then enjoy refreshments and park their bike in the secure bike park at Kenyon Street Car Park to watch the main event and enjoy the festival taking place in the town.
The Visit Nenagh Classic races are divided into three categories with varying distances of 54km, 104km and 154km with the first category off at 11.00am and all races concluding at the finishing line on Pearse Street.
