Following the results of last weekends round 2 games in the FBD Insurance county hurling championships, there will be some very mouth watering games in the final round  on the weekend of September 25th & 26th. As things stand in the senior hurling championship it looks like Kilruane MacDonaghs and Kiladangan are through to the Quarter Finals, while Moycarkey Borris and Roscrea look to be out of the race. After that there will be there will be 12 teams battling in=t out for the six remaining knock out slots. In the Seamus Ó Riain Cup Gortnahoe-Glengoole, Templederry Kenyons and Thurles Sarsfields have reached the Quarter Finals with Burgess now out of the Championship e race and in the Intermediate its still all to play for as no team has made the Quarter Finals at this stage.
