My time at Nenagh Community Training Centre has been nothing short of amazing. This was an invaluable experience as I was provided with a variety of opportunities to develop my professional and interpersonal skills. Starting my work placement, I was shy and apprehensive as I didn’t know what to expect. However, once I settled in, I soon became more confident as Rose and her team ensured that I felt welcome in the Centre.
The thing that stood out most in the centre was the level of respect, positivity, motivation, and passion everyone had. Everyday seemed like a new opportunity to further yourself or to reach a new goal. It was abundantly clear how driven Rose and the team were in supporting and encouraging their learners. The atmosphere was truly one of positivity, ambition and support which made me feel comfortable to put myself out there and rise to any challenge I was given as I knew I’d have their support 100% of the time.
I would encourage anyone thinking of furthering their education, qualifications, or work experience to seriously consider Nenagh Community Training Centre as it has been the most supportive, open minded and welcoming organisation I have ever worked in. I have a lot of admiration for everyone within the centre, they are truly amazing role models that I aspire to be like in my future career.
I’d like to say a huge thank you to Rose and her team in the centre for welcoming me with such openness. These past few months have been truly outstanding which I’ll value and benefit from for years to come.
