Silver Arch Family Resource Centre in Nenagh are hosting a free Healthy Food Made Easy 6 week programme for anyone interested in improving knowledge of nutrition and preparing healthier meals. This programme will be starting Wednesday 2nd February at 10:30 in Tyone Community Centre.
Places are limited so booking is essential and can be made through Silver Arch FRC reception at 067-31800.
