R445 Thomas MacDonagh Street and Dublin Road Improvement Works 2019
Please be advised that Tipperary Co. Council shall be carrying out road re-surfacing works on the R445, Thomas MacDonagh Street and Dublin Road, Nenagh from Monday 12th August to Friday 23rd August 2019. The works shall be carried out between the hours of 07:00 to 19:00 hrs, Monday to Friday.
The road shall be re-surfaced from Pearse Street / Summerhill / Thomas MacDonagh Street roundabout to a distance of approximately 10m beyond the entrance to Nenagh Swimming Pool / Town Park.
Temporary traffic management shall be in operation for the duration of the works and access to business will be maintained throughout the works period.
A one way traffic management system shall be operated on Thomas MacDonagh Street for outbound traffic.
A STOP and Go system shall be operated on the Dublin Road.
On street parking shall not be permitted in the vicinity of the works area during the hours of operation. Vehicle owners are required to remove their vehicles from Thomas MacDonagh Street and Dublin Road while the work is underway.
Pedestrian access will be maintained as the works proceed.
The public should not enter the works area.
