The Network Ireland Business Women of the Year Awards took place at Fota Island Resort, Cork on Friday 4th October 2013. 

This event saw all the regional award winners from the Network Ireland branches across the country gather under one roof for the National Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner.

Network North Tipperary brought home two National Awards. Fiona Connolly from Lyons of Nenagh won the Employee of the Year Award and Sarah Baker of Cloughjordan House won the award for Best New Business.

Marion Murphey Cooney, Designer was unsuccessful in the Existing Business Category, however she got a special mention and round of applause for dressing MC Miriam O'Callaghan in a very glamorous blue gown.
