The next Sunday walk will take place November 6th taking in the Devil's bit. Contact Martin for details of this walk.
Other upcoming Sunday walks are the Slieve Blooms and Coum Woods.
The club hosts a variety of walks throughout the year to suit all level of fitness from the beginner to the experienced walker. Watch out for some Sunday 'C' walks which will be posted her. Contact Nessan at 086 8371181 and he can add you to his text list for 'C' walks.
Members will continue to walk the by-pass for the dark evenings of the Winter months on Tuesday nights. Meet at Tesco Car Park at 7.30. Don't forget a torch. Contact Martin 087 2562454 for information.
Membership is €45 which includes membership of Mountaineering Ireland. Non-members are welcome to do 3 walks before joining the club.
Our AGM will take place on 10th November 8pm in the Hi B. Membership can be paid on the night at a reduced fee of €40 plus. The club will also be launching their new logo badge which will be given out free when membership is renewed. After the AGM, the normal fee of €45 will apply.
