Members please note details of the next upcoming walks:
Sunday February 12th will see the club do a 3.5 hour walk in the forests of the Silvermines. This walk has proven to be a favourite with members and known as the leafy lane walk along track and trails. Contact Cyril 086 3721862 who might even recite a poem or two.
Other upcoming walks over the next few weeks are Lanigans tower and a new walk for the club will be a walk in Broadford.
Non-members are welcome to do 3 walks before joining the club.
Members will continue to walk the by-pass for the dark evenings of the Winter months on Tuesday nights. Meet at Tesco Car Park at 7.30. Don't forget a torch. Contact Martin 087 2562454 for information.
Membership of the club is €45 which includes membership of Mountaineering Ireland.
