The South Australian Rose of Tralee contest has been won by Nenagh native Sarah Harrington. Sarah was crowned this year’s SA Rose at the Selection Ball on Saturday 24th May 2014 at the Intercontinental Hotel. Sarah will now represent South Australia at the Rose of Tralee festival from the 15th to the 19th August.
Sarah travelled to Australia over 12 months ago and is currently working as a physiotherapist in Adelaide. She will travel home for three weeks in August for the festival and will then return to Adelaide where she will continue her duties as the new South Australian Rose.
