Hurling Wall Fundraising
The fundraising for the new Hurling Wall and Astro Turf pitch will continue over the coming weeks as we try to meet our target for this phase of the project. We sincerely thank all of those who have donated to date and also thanks to our team of members who have worked hard over the past number of weeks organising these donations.
With the work due to commence on the wall in the coming weeks, we ask that you please continue to make your donations, all donations are greatly appreciated.

Éire Ógres 2021 / NÉÓ Nursery - Boys & Girls
Nenagh Eire Ógres camp '21 continued for week three on Saturday morning last. The children enjoyed lots of games and skill challenges at the many fun Ógres challenge stations. We look forward to all of these new Ógres progressing to mainstream training in the NÉÓ Games Nursery.
Thanks again to Niall for organising this year's Ógres camp and also to everyone who assisted in ensuring a safe and fun environment for the children to enjoy themselves. Thanks to EBS Nenagh New Mortgages for their kind sponsorship.

We can't wait to have all the children back for the final week next Saturday morning for more fun and games. Parents/Guardians must remain for the hour.
After the Ógres camp we plan to move the children to Under 5 training. Anyone interested in joining the post Ógres Under 5 training - for boys born in 2016 planning to attend should contact Erica on 0868774496. Any girl born in 2015 or if they have turned 5 already can contact Paul on 0864692641. Please make contact as soon as you can as an online health questionnaire needs to be completed before taking part. Erica and Paul will also add people to the appropriate WhatsApp group to keep you informed about the Under 5 group.
For any parents who plan to take a coaching role with the Under 5 group must complete two steps, firstly Garda vetting must be completed and secondly an online Safeguarding course. These can be accessed as follows:

Safeguarding course- https://learning.gaa.ie/safeguarding -this will bring you to it on the GAA site. It’s a refresher course as that’s all that’s available at the moment.
Garda vetting - you cannot be involved as a coach or mentor in any juvenile coaching set up without your GAA Garda vetting being up to date so please apply asap
