The following are recommendations to achieve your target weight loss: - Do a minimum of 5 x1 hour sessions per week - Stick to the food plan provided (or calorie equivalent, this includes alcohol) - A safe weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week

-You must weigh in every Thursday -You must loose a minimum of 8lbs over the 8 week challenge -You must exercise 5 x 1 hour sessions per week
