Serosep Ltd is a manufacturer of laboratory diagnostic products to over 30 countries worldwide. The company is about to launch its market leading EntericBio molecular diagnostic kit into the USA. The company has an immediate requirement for the following positions to join its highly motivated team in Annacotty, Limerick.
APPLICATION SPECIALIST
(Full Time, Permanent Position):
The successful candidate will join our molecular diagnostics team providing scientific support to customers in the Medical Sector in Ireland and Worldwide. This is a field-based role, involving some international travel.
Main Duties:
To provide technical support for issues relating to customer trials and studies. Provide and set up training to new end users on using existing and new products/equipment. To assist the onsite verification or validation studies. To set up clinical trials for new products.
Essential Criteria:
A degree in Biological Sciences, Microbiology, Molecular Biology (or equivalent)
Full clean driving license required for site visits across Ireland
Desirable Criteria:
Pratical experience in Microbiology, Clinical Laboratory or Molecular Biology
IT SYSTEM SPECIALIST
(Full Time, Permanent Position):
This person will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the company’s computer systems and networks, including diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Main Duties:
Install and configure hardware operating systems and applications.
Analysis of call logs to discover issues or trends.
Test and evaluate any new technology
Essential Criteria:
A degree in Business I.T. / Business Systems Engineering/ Computer Networking and Hardware (or equivalent)
Proven experience in a similar role (2 Years +)
Experience working with order management software
